How do I pay for your services?
When booking a move date, you make a deposit. On the moving day, once the job is complete, you’ll settle the full balance minus the deposit. Cash or debit/credit card payments are accepted (+3% fee), and, in rare cases, Zelle or Cashier Check payments are accepted, too.
What’s the minimum time I can book movers for?
The minimum booking is three hours, with two hours minimum for the move plus travel time. If the team completes the moving faster, the minimum three-hour fee still applies. However, clients mostly book services that take longer than this minimum time.
